Always friendly, always accommodating, and always honest. If they can do it, they will. If they can’t, they’ll say so. They’re up front with pricing, will try to get you the best deal when it’s possible, and never try to upsell. In 15 years and multiple vehicles, I’ve always gotten a fair shake.

Had a nail in my tire that Firestone refused to fix and wanted to charge me for a new tire. Called Robertson Tire on South Delaware for a second opinion. They got me in in 10 minutes and 15 minutes after that I was on the road. Fast, friendly, and professional and they don't charge for rotations or fixing flats. They'll be my go-to from now on. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! They were very transparent with what work needed done. From drop-off to pick-up it took about 2 hours, so a little longer than I was expecting, but not too bad. Will be returning for regular services.
