My experience there was fantastic. I went in because my car was jolting a bit when I changed gears and I needed an oil change. They fixed everything same-day; I dropped off at 9:30 and they had it ready for me at 5:30. The customer service was impeccable. After a brief check of my car, the mechanic sat down with me and explained what he thought the problems were, how he was going to fix them, and what the cost would be. There were no surprise fees or extra costs, and they called me before tackling the larger problem to make sure I was okay with the cost and actions. Some mechanics will dismiss the concerns of a young woman, but the staff here listened to what I thought might be going on and included that in the diagnostic tests. They also laid out options for me instead of saying “you need this today and we’re going to do it and no we won’t tell you why.” I needed new tires and they found a suitable set at a great price (while still being good tires). Same thing with the oil options. I didn’t feel like they were trying to make a sale or a commission. I was extremely pleased that the parts that needed to be replaced were sourced during the same day. They even found lug nuts that matched the car’s manufacturer. Overall, they did a great job, and I’m going to make them my first choice for repairs.
