Robertson did tire repair, balance, rotation without charge. While doing this, they ran a diagnostic test on my Subaru as the ‘check engine’ light had come on a few days earlier, only to be followed by half a dozen other lights. An overabundance of safety features is always nice, isn’t it. When one fails, they all fail and the pressure is on to get it to safety…at the dealer, of course. Minor failures were detected and I was advised to take the car to Subaru (25 miles away, but the only Subaru within a 50 mile radius). It took 6 days to get the appointment. They made the ‘corrections’ for free, as both items were under warranty. They took the liberty to run a full inspection on the Forrester. The fear of God was put back in me when Subaru told me my rear brakes were at 3 [3 mill. left] and I needed to have new ones immediately OR ELSE! (Skull and crossbones here, please.) They could do the work, of course, and the price would be $370. I preferred to take it back to Robertson’s. After inspecting the brakes themselves, they assured me that there was plenty of pad left and there would be no need to replace them now. “Come back in 6 months.”. No charge.

They were kind. Even worked me in for additional work, after they were done with what I brought the car in for. I expected my bill to be huge. It was not, pleasantly so. They are great!
