The Dueler H/L 400 is a highway All-Season run-flat tire designed for light trucks. Run-Flat tires offer momentary self-sustaining run-flat movement for a 50-mile distance up to 50 mph, even after complete air pressure loss caused by a puncture. The Dueler H/L 400 tires are for drivers who crave a mix of satisfying on-road characteristics, durable wear, and all-season flexibility, with light snow traction. Highway All-Season run-flat tires registered with the M+ S symbol, are usually used as Original Equipment (O.E.) on 2WD, 4WD, light/medium-duty pickups, vans, and trucks also for sport utility and crossover vehicles. Usually, Original Equipment (O.E.) All -Season run-flat light truck tires are bought specifically to replace defective or worn-out original tires that a vehicle comes with. Other vehicle applications can use these tires in axle pairs or complete sets of four if they are available in the correct size, speed rating and load range to match the current specification and performance category of the current O.E. run-flat tires. NOTE: Run-flat tires are specifically for vehicles that are provided initially with self-sustaining run-flat tires, and are equipped with a pressure monitoring system for the tire. Although they can’t be called run-flat tires, the tires bearing the MOExtended/MOE trademark on their sidewalls deliver run-flat-like capability by providing partial prolonged mobility after a complete loss of air caused by a puncture. MOExtended/MOE tires do not have the same speed and distance durability like conventional run-flat tires; therefore, they should never be used as alternatives in situations where conventional run-flat tires are necessary.
