About the Kumho SOLUS KL21

Kumho's engineers had Crossover/SUVs in mind when they developed the Touring All-Season SOLUS KL21 tires. Kumho's engineers used a High Dispersible Silica (HDS) tread composite that allows the SOLUS KL21 to decrease rolling resistance. This compound reinforces the rubber, and provides smooth wear. HDS strengthens the rubber’s molecular structure allowing it to improve on fuel economy of up to 5%. The SOLUS KL21 eco-friendly design delivers a 10% reduction in the emission of rubber dust particle. This enhances ride comfort, steering stability and provides traction in any season of the year.
